Big Radio Spain
Community radio for the Costa Blanca since 2012 — 4 stations, live streaming, events, webcams, and local news.
The Core Challenge
A beloved Costa Blanca community station broadcasting Big FM, Pure Gold Radio and more needed a modern hub tying together live streams, schedules, presenters, events, live cams, and local weather — all in one place.
Engineering & Architecture
Content-hub architecture: station pages with live players, a unified events calendar, presenter and schedule sections, community pages, and live webcam embeds, all optimized for mobile listening.
Technical Hurdles
"Keeping four live station streams, a breaking-events ticker, and live camera embeds fast and reliable on mobile for listeners across the Costa Blanca."
Outcomes
Four stations streaming from one homepage with live events, song requests, and community features serving the Costa Blanca since 2012.
